Tell us about the property

We reply within working hours, usually the same day. Your details are used only to arrange the survey. See our privacy policy.

After you get in touch

What happens next

No sales calls and no pressure. Here is the sequence from your first message to a decision.

  1. We call you back

We confirm the address, ask a few questions about the problem and agree who will give us access.

  2. We book the survey

You get a time slot confirmed in writing. Same-day and next-day appointments are often available.

  3. We inspect and measure

A technician takes moisture readings, checks ventilation and possible leaks, and photographs the affected areas.

  4. You receive a fixed quote

A written quote and a plain explanation of the likely cause. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Useful for agents and housing teams sending several addresses, tenant reports or a property list.

Booking for a landlord, a block or a housing team?

Include the date the problem was first reported to you, the occupant's contact details if you would like us to arrange access, and who should receive the quote and the report. If several properties are affected, a simple list of addresses is enough to start with. We can survey them in one round, quote them together and send each report to the right person, so your records stay in order from the first visit.

Where we work

We cover every London borough. Most of our work is in East London, close to our South Woodford base, including Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Hackney. We also travel to nearby towns in Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent.

Not sure whether your address is in range? Put the postcode in the form and we will tell you. For commercial premises, early starts and weekend visits can be arranged on request so the survey does not interrupt trading.

Booking questions

Before you book

How quickly will you call back?

Within working hours, usually the same day. If you send the form in the evening or at the weekend, we will pick it up at the start of the next working day. If the problem is urgent, calling us directly is the quickest route.

What do you need from me?

The postcode, a contact name and number, and a short description of what you have seen and where. If you are a landlord or agent, tell us who lives there and how to reach them, and when the problem was first reported to you.

Does someone need to be at the property?

We need access to the affected rooms. That can be the occupant, an agent or a key collected by arrangement. If you would like us to contact the tenant directly, give us their details and we will keep you copied in.

Can I send photos first on WhatsApp?

Yes, and it helps. Photos of the affected areas, plus a wider shot of each room, let us understand the scale before we call. We will still need to survey in person before giving a fixed written quote, because moisture readings cannot be taken from a picture.
