How far we travel
East London at the core, Greater London in full
Our office is on Primrose Road in South Woodford, so Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham and the neighbouring boroughs are close to hand. That is where most of our work happens, and where same-day and next-day appointments are most often available.
We are not limited to the east. Landlords, letting agents and block managers often hold property across several boroughs, and it makes little sense to use a different contractor in each. We take instructions in every London borough, north and south of the river, and apply the same eight-stage method and the same style of report wherever the property is.
Beyond the London boundary we cover nearby towns in Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent. The Epping Forest district, including Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and Chigwell, sits right next to our base and has its own page above. For other towns, send us the postcode and we will confirm the visit.
